Carol Finn is our Founder and started the business with her husband, Mick, in 1998, Carol is a board member of the company and continues to play an active role in the overall direction of PII.
Ashley Finn is our Managing Director and has been with PII since 2002. Ashley leads the team at PII – a role that sees him continue his father’s mission to build a business that thrives on human connection.
Renee Neville is our Director, she joined the family group of companies in 2004 and moved into the PII business in 2011. Working alongside her brother Ashley to continually build and expand the family business.
Andrew started with PII in 2007 as a young Export Officer, and worked his way to become the General Manager. As well as looking over the combined Sales of the business, Andrew manages PII’s Steel & Wire trading which is now a large segment of the company. Outside of PII, Andrew enjoys spending time with family, fishing, playing golf and touch football.
Lisa joined the PII team in 2024 in the role of CFO. With a background in finance and operations, she brings extensive knowledge to the Group. She has a passion in driving business growth and performance through strategy development and leveraging of resources.
Luke Jackson is our Senior Export Manager for Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, and the Outer Ports of Papua New Guinea. He has been with PII since 2013, and manages the projects division, coatings division as well as the Food and Beverage sector. Luke is a part of the Executive Committee for the Australian Pacific Islands Business Council.
Calem Dowe is our Senior Export Manager for Papua New Guinea and has been with PII since 2013. He has a vast knowledge of our products. Calem enjoys smoking on his bbq and riding dirt bikes.
Sam Raciti started with PII in 2023 and is our Business Development Manager – Architectural.
Sam has over 20 years’ experience in Architectural materials and is widely known in the industry as the “King of Insulation”. Sam’s day to day duties involve working with key stakeholders within the Pacific and gives advice on the most appropriate building materials that can be used and easily sourced for the respective countries.
Connor began at PII as an Export Cadet in 2018, since working his way into a Sales Manager role. Connor manages supply of building materials to Distributors in Polynesia. In his spare time, Connor enjoys spending time with Family, Sports and Travelling.
Alex Cadigan is our Export Manager for Papua New Guinea. He has been with PII since 2019 and has been in the industry for the past 8 years. Alex is a supporter of the Brisbane Broncos.
Laurent Hyvernat is our Export Manager for the French Territories of the Pacific and the Indian Ocean. He joined PII in February 2025 and has been working in sales for several industries for over 10 years. Outside of PII, Laurent enjoys playing tennis and follows European Football very closely.
Amrit joined Pacific Islands International in July 2025, bringing with him over 23 years of experience in customer service and hospitality management. With a strong focus on relationships, service excellence, and cultural connection, he is dedicated to supporting Fiji’s building and development needs through trusted partnerships and personalised service. In his free time, Amrit enjoys spending time with his family and working out at the gym, “Pumping Iron.”
Kayla Brown is our Operations Manager and has been with PII since 2017. She is our specialist in Australian consolidation and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Kayla loves the Townsville sun and spends her weekends at the beach.
Peterson Rodrigues is our Export Officer and has been with PII since 2022. With over 5 years of experience in the Logistics area, he is our specialist in overseas consolidation. Peterson loves bull terriers and motorbikes.
Kayla Archer has been with PII since November 2025. She enjoys spending her free time at the beach with her miniature dachshund and loves making memories with her friends and family.
Jack Payne is our Export Officer for PII & Aura Steel, he joined the team in early 2024. He began his logistics career in NZ where he worked for the same business for 5 years. He has played rugby union in 3 different countries and in 2022 he managed to watch over 125 new movies.
Wong Lu Peng (LP) has been working with PII since April 2023. Her role involves managing orders from Asia and sourcing products from the region. She enjoys traveling.
Rina Kamil has been with PII since 2024, bringing extensive expertise in shipping lines and freight forwarding. In her current role, she manages orders from Asia. Outside of work, she enjoys beach outings and traveling.
Raf has joined the PII team in 2024. He has been in the logistics industry for over 5 years. He enjoys riding and camping.
Lindle Hanran is our Accounts Payable Manager and has been with PII since 2021. Lindle is a member of the CQ Mower Racing Club in Yaamba QLD (North of Rockhampton) and she loves camping, riding her motorcycle and spending time with her family.
Chelsea Steele is our accounts payable/receivable and brings with her a wealth of experience in real estate. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her dog, reading and spending time at the beach.
Brittany McDonald has been with PII since 2016. Her area of expertise is overseas consolidation. Brittany likes reading and spending time with her family.
Fei Tjhin is our IT Manager and has been with PII since 2016. She has been in the industry for over 10 years. Fei loves to travel.
Pamela Mezadi is our Marketing Manager and has been with PII since 2023. She is Brazilian and graduated in Visual Arts. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with friends, reading and travelling
Dolly has been with PII since 2022, and manages team culture and well being. She offers unconditional love, enhances team morale and loves pats.
